Inerro – Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st August 2025

At Inerro, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services, events, and products. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

 

Event Bookings & Team-Building Activities

Cancellations by You

  • You may cancel your booking up to 21 days before the scheduled event for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 21 days in advance may be non-refundable or subject to a cancellation fee, depending on preparation costs already incurred.

No-Shows

  • No refund will be given for non-attendance without prior notice.

Cancellations by Inerro

  • If we cancel an event due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to reschedule at no extra cost

 

Products and Merchandise

Returns

  • You may return unused, undamaged products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging and condition.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@inerro.co.uk with your order number and reason.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom items or digital downloads are non-refundable unless faulty.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description. We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund, including any postage paid.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • We’ll notify you once your refund is processed.
