Event Bookings & Team-Building Activities
Cancellations by You

You may cancel your booking up to 21 days before the scheduled event for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 21 days in advance may be non-refundable or subject to a cancellation fee, depending on preparation costs already incurred.
No-Shows

No refund will be given for non-attendance without prior notice.
Cancellations by Inerro

If we cancel an event due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule at no extra cost

Products and Merchandise
Returns

You may return unused, undamaged products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Products must be returned in original packaging and condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom items or digital downloads are non-refundable unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description. We will offer:

A full refund, including any postage paid.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
