  • Inerro reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals who may pose a risk to themselves or others.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Inerro may cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances. We will offer a full refund or rescheduling where appropriate.

5. Photography and Media

  • By participating in events, you may be photographed or filmed for marketing purposes.

  • You may opt in or out by signing our Photo Consent Form.

6. Products & Merchandise

  • All sales are subject to availability and applicable taxes.

  • Returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping and Refund Policies.

7. Liability

  • Inerro is not liable for:

    • Loss or damage to personal property during events.

    • Injuries sustained due to failure to follow safety instructions or due to participant negligence.

    • Delays or cancellations caused by third parties or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by Inerro, including trail materials, maps, and digital content, is the property of Inerro and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Code of Conduct

By participating, you agree to:

  • Be respectful to others and the local community.

  • Follow marked paths and public guidelines.

  • Leave no trace and respect the environment and historical landmarks.

10. Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Photo Submission & Usage Policy – Inerro Ltd

Effective Date: 1st August 2025

By submitting or tagging a photo with the hashtag #InerroTrails (or any hashtag we specify) in connection with our competitions or promotions, you agree to the following terms:

1. Permission to Use

By tagging your photo or submitting it to us, you:

  • Confirm that the photo is your original work

  • Grant Inerro Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the photo on:

    • Our website

    • Social media platforms

    • Printed materials

    • Promotional and marketing content (digital and print)

2. Attribution

Where possible, we will credit your social media handle or name alongside the image (e.g. on Instagram or in marketing materials), unless you request otherwise.

3. Data Protection

We do not collect or store any personal data beyond what you have publicly shared in your tagged post. If you win a competition and we need your contact or delivery information, we’ll contact you privately and securely.

4. Usage Limit

Your image may be used indefinitely for promotional purposes, unless you contact us to withdraw permission. If you wish to revoke our use of your photo, please email us at info@inerro.co.uk, and we will remove it where reasonably possible.

5. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.
